“Interesting concept for a podcast, but I don’t think it really works. The academic/comedian combo works well on You’re Dead To Me because the academic has all of the facts and the comedian is there to learn, ask questions etc. But in this podcast the dynamic feels more awkward, because there isn’t really a definitive answer on what makes someone become a killer. It’s also clear that Julia and Sofie have very different views around this and are unlikely to change their minds.”
