The only reason this podcast has been made is because of the past glories of Baddiel and Skinner
This podcast just isn't very good. Let me make it clear I'm a huge fan of Frank, but the only reason this podcast exists is because Baddiel and Skinner are living on their past glories. This is just the ramblings of 2 middle aged men who are watching the World Cup. If they weren't called Baddiel and Skinner then no-one would listen to them. I loved their football incite in the past, but this smacks of 2 comedians on their way downhill and this makes me sad. At no point do you learn anything new and there is nothing here really to make you laugh either. All I hear is talk between 2 blokes in the same way that you might hear down the pub - Baddiel just states facts, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but Frank just keeps coming up with puns the like of which you'd hear from your drunk uncle at Christmas. It's just not very entertaining. It strikes me as similar to a once great music artist who used to be great but spends his later years dishing out durge but selling it just because of what he used to be. This podcast is the equivalent of album fillers - those songs that just aren't very good, but fill the album. This podcast has yet to make me laugh. I think these 2 are running on empty and living on past glories. Really disapointing.

Final nail is the cut away to the bloke who's won a trip to the world cup that comes in the middle just as you get into it. Who...Read full review »

Nice uke playing, Frank. Good choice of song too - The Smiths used to come on stage to the original. Here's a request: please do a similar video of the Vuvuzela Song! Podcasts continue to be great as always.
