Good stuff - funny even listening to ages after the word cup has finished!

You can't argue with that.

It was great! Can't wait for next season.

The highlight of the World Cup. Playlist this so that you can listen again to hear just how quick witted he is. At times even his partner missed some of his quips. As for Baddiel he's pretty good too. Two genuine fans talking like fans but with streaks of comedy gold thrown in for good measure

Enjoyed every one of these and looked forward to the days when a new one was out. A great team. let's have some more of baddiel and skinner!

You know what to expect - Funny, quick witted banter from FS & DB. These two work so well together making me laugh out loud at inappropiate times in public. How people can complain about this 'free' podcast I don't understand?? If you don't like them, don't download the podcast... Please do a...Read full review »

This is well funny that joke about parentheses is about as quick as you can get.

I look forward to every podcast, funny stuff as for the comedy snobs who only listen so they can write an essay slagging them off, I don't see how you wouldn't enjoy it, it's a world cup podcast, they talk about what's happening in s.Africa at the moment!

These podcasts are excellent. Has nicely distracted me from my utter hatred of the England squad. I look forward to listening to them. Thanks

"Do you think the team sit in formation on the plane?" Deleted. My pals got better banter than that, and she's female.

Just fantastic, the boys have not lost their great touch they helped ease my pain over England's exit. I would love to see David appear on Frank's Saturday on a regular basis-or even better bring back Fantasy Football.
Badgirlzz via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 07/07/10
Friday night has never been the same since fantasy football finished. This is a reminder of just how well they work together. Two funny, down to earth blokes, who let's face it, we would all love to change places with. Except I wouldn't want to not be able to drink again. Sorry Frank.
Dogyorky via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 07/04/10
These podcasts are hilarious far funnier than the slightly embarressing Ricky Gervais Guide to the World Cup from the usually golden trio. I particularly loved the Live & Unplanned podcasts which show that there is plenty of life left in that format. I hope that they do more similar live shows...Read full review »

Worth listening to as it has it's moments but DB just thinks he's on "grumpy old men." Plus you have to put up with the constant reminders of the radio stations name. Final nail is the cut away to the bloke who's won a trip to the world cup that comes in the middle just as you get into it. Who...Read full review »

I've read the reviews, think the podcast have improved as tournament has gone on. Definitely a gap for them to do a premiership show

Somehow they make it alright again. They take all the frustration, nasty corporate posturing, horrific blunders, lacklustre performances and turn it all into delicious nonsense. Sublime moment in the German game when Frank and David have to endure 'three lions' being sung by the Germans. Frank...Read full review »

This podcast just isn't very good. Let me make it clear I'm a huge fan of Frank, but the only reason this podcast exists is because Baddiel and Skinner are living on their past glories. This is just the ramblings of 2 middle aged men who are watching the World Cup. If they weren't called Baddiel...Read full review »

Just watched the video. Why are they crouched (not peter crouched) behind a bush. It could be anywhere. Are they hiding from all those people. It is obviously very busy.
Lincsfootballmad via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 06/26/10
Nice uke playing, Frank. Good choice of song too - The Smiths used to come on stage to the original. Here's a request: please do a similar video of the Vuvuzela Song! Podcasts continue to be great as always.

Great stuff as usual by Frank and David. Their jingle where Frank puts on a Siff Affricn accent has me laughing out loud everytime. Can't see the point of the fly on the ball bit though. If the guy is supposed to be behind the scenes he isn't doing a good job. He just tells everyone what they can...Read full review »

On the short side, last time they averaged 40mins, but they are funny. What do want for nothing?

As an English man now living in New Zealand, my dose of B&S is like a life line back home, not only for their uniquely British take on the whole affair. It's their dry, wry and sometimes left field humour that makes me homesick and proud to be a Brit. Unlike the English team in the first round.
adser01 via Apple Podcasts · New Zealand · 06/22/10
As mentioned others the podcast while pretty funny are too short the average duration is about 19 mins but take out jingles, promos etc. and you are left with possibly 10-13 mins actual content. Nice gig for B&S get sent out to the WC do a short podcast every few days. When they do chat it's...Read full review »

These podcasts are something I look forward to downloading pm a daily basis. I'll certainly miss hearing these 2 when the world cup is over. Both equally as funny as eachother, and the world cup would have something missing if these lads weren't involved on way or another.

David and Frank, are without doubt the best football satarists out there. Their daily podcast has become the biggest thing to look forward to during this world cup. Keep up the good work !

I really enjoy the guys, I just wish there was more content. The podcasts are 20 minutes long, about 5 of which is intros and commercials so you're left with 15 minutes. That's way too short. I don't remember the ones for the 2006 world cup being so short, seems like they were closer to the 45...Read full review »

As another reviewer said it's just like listening to two mates walking to the match - or having a pre-match pint. It's just the sort of stuff me and my mates do, thinking up abstract scenarios from just a germ of an idea. I love the talk of FIFA's being like the Vatican City and conducting trials...Read full review »

Check out Frank's vuvuzela song in Podcast 8. Hilarious! These guys' podcasts are top quality - they seem to go off on tangents from the football that you'd never imagine possible. The fly on the ball feature is a waste of time and the "Absolute" plugs are a bit annoying - however they're...Read full review »

This is easily the most enjoyable podcast out there (apart from ours of course. Ahem...). Frank Skinner is still incredibly witty and David 'Lionel' Baddiel is pretty darn funny too. Well done, chaps!!

This is just like the banter between a couple of mates walking to the match. The way the conversation flicks around the main subject is just great. Some real laugh out loud Frank Skinner comments! Top work.

Well first I would like to say welcome back boys. It's great to see and hear the banter between the boys and the comedic spin on the World cup. Anything that can make me laugh out loud whilst driving to work must be good. The joke about Nelson Mandela being sent back to Robben Island for blowing a vuvuzela is one of the funniest things I've heard in years. They should definitely be on TV.

Good banter with two very funny guys. Only downside is the posh guy calling 'sony ericsson sponsors the world cup etc'. Such an annoying voice! Except from that, top notch.
