Les is my favorite part of Tuesday!!! 💜
When I found Les’s podcast this winter I didn’t realize how it would impact so many facets of my life, like girl, I wear sunscreen on the daily now and that’s cause of BGS and this podcast - my skin thanks BBGP for that and so much more! Les’s words and interviews resonated so well with me that I binged all the past episodes till I caught up to the new releases and I’m so glad I did! Each interview highlights rad women who are moving and shaking, sharing their truth and changing the world (most of which I’ve started following on IG and loving each of them!)! Every “Feel Good Friday” episode feels like morning coffee with the bestie who’s dropping gems to energize me and help me develop positive habits to live my best life. Thank you, Les!! It’s hearing you advocate that helps me remember to take up my space on and off the yoga mat and make sure I show up to represent. BBGP has changed the way I define self love and helped me improve the way I show up for myself. Les *is* black girl magic in motion!

The content of this podcast is real, raw and unapologetic. Les and her guests bring truth to the forefront, as they take on topics within the wellness community, that some people may not even be aware of! As a balanced black girl myself, I find this podcast to be not only a breath of fresh air,...Read full review »
