A must-listen for women!!
This has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts! Leah is so down-to-earth, even just listening to her voice is calming and almost asmr-like! But the content of this podcast is truly invaluable. She breaks down in simple terms why it is important for women to prioritize nutrition, exercise, and self care, amongst other things, in order to achieve hormone balance and reduce awful symptoms that we are conditioned to believe are “just a normal part of being a woman”! If you love learning about hormones and how they affect your body and mood this podcast is for you!!

This podcast is sooo helpful! It helped me take control of my menstrual cycle and learn so much about my self based on what stage of my cycle I was in. I learnt so much about hormone help and how to heal my hormones! Highly recommend!
