A MUST for your health girlies
By the grace of god I was connected with this amazing lovely lady Ms. Leah, and she totally changed my life. I was tired, slogging through life ALL the time had a myriad of I don’t feel good symptoms period related and everyday blah that I just accepted because it happens to most gals so it must be normal right just a bad luck of the draw with genetics? Wrongo. She taught me how the body is actually intelligent, it knows how to work. Now I am empowered on my hormonal health and how that affects my everyday life, when I see a symptom I know what my body is telling me and how to address it. And she continues education for life! I’m constantly learning new things on her podcast, and continually growing in my health journey. Absolutely amazing, couldn’t recommend more highly it’s like sitting in a coffee shop with your best girlfriend talking about hormones and it’s actually fun and interesting. Trust me she’ll get you excited about all things period hormone taboo about the female body, her positive attitude and passion is contagious. It’s easy to understand and gives you the tools and understanding that simplifies the whole equation. Women are complex not complicated who knew?! Go listen now!!!
