Great Insights, Hall-of-Shame Host
BoB is an all-time great show, and the guests on the pod are all wonderful people with plenty of interesting things to say. That makes it all the more of a shame that 25% of airtime is taken up by the awful, awful host – a strange, overly-excited-to-the-point-of-being-insulting man who treats actors like actual war heroes, is in love with his own verbosity, reeks of fanboy-ish desperation, and cannot help but insert his jingoistic obsession with American exceptionalism into every conversation. Oh, and he occasionally just straight up MOANS in the background whenever a guest has something interesting to say – which is often. What’s up with that? Please, HBO or whoever else – never hire this man to have his voice on a recording again.

Never before rates a podcast - can honestly say this is worth every nanosecond of your time. Simply amazing to hear the back story of perhaps the greatest miniseries of all time. Thank you again Tom H., Steven S. and most importantly EZ Co.

Love the content, but can HBO not sent a sound guy with a couple grand worth of equipment out to the folks they are interviewing? The audio from Ron Livingston in Ep.1 is worse than an AM radio station.
