The lack of compassion is astounding
For me, this presenters lack of compassion and level of judgment is awful. She uses psychological terminology but doesn’t seem to fully understand the full impact of these on people’s lives. Very harsh and lacks application of theory e.g. talks about attachment theory but applies the same standards to someone who has experienced shocking childhood abuse to adults who have been raised in stable, loving households. Not the podcast for me!

Emma Kenny is the most amazing person in true crime world! I have seen her show “THE SERIAL KILLER NEXT DOOR” watch her on Youtube and listed to her podcast! She is amazingly intelligent but so humble! Wish you best of lick for the future!

Over the top and very theatrical in her commentary. Very off putting. Puts too much of her feelings and narrative into the story and the victims. Embellishes the story too much. Should stick to actual facts and not padding the stories out with unnecessary info.
