If it wasn't abundantly obvious, this podcast is all about the hows, whys, and whats of strength training, specifically as it relates to barbells. Furthermore, the guys present the information in an easily digestible format. Matt and Scott aren't whispering sweet nothings into each of our ears. Instead, they are whispering the sweet nectar of reason. Their voices are sultry and smooth, just like many of the whiskeys they choose to consume. This is a listen for anyone who is on their strength journey, wants to embark on such a journey, or even people who may be lost on such a trek. Matt and Scott are doing a great service with this podcast. Unlike most fitness podcasts they have great production, clear reasoning, and very little ego or narcissism. They also avoid treating Rip like demigod, which can often happen in the SS world. Logical and well done.
