“The first 2 episodes are a great overview of why EVERYONE should be strength training with barbells. Leave the Bosu balls, stretchy bands, treadmills, ellipticals, machines, etc. behind! The 2nd episode explains why only 4 lifts are necessary to acquire above average strength. Strenght is 1 aspect of living a healthy life (alright, go to a yoga class if you must!) but from strength stems many other aspects of our lives.
