I feel the moderator voices are not as soothing as expected. I listen to this podcast at work he was nd of the day. The moderators talk too fast.

June T. here from Georgia in the United States. Love the level of information delivered during the shows, but especially love Allen’s delivery. One of the best podcast out there.

Sowalongs are only six minutes, and three minutes of it is ads! And they aren’t even plant related ads- seriously?! I’ll be skipping these. Hope this isn’t the direction the shows are going.

Three minutes of ads at the opening is too much. The content is 5 stars, but the ads are too much!!

Really struggled with this podcast sadly. Irritating adverts, pompous people who are interviewed, all doom and gloom about climate change. Contradictions all over the place. Just want to hear about different aspects of gardening as it was in the beginning. Season 4 ‘Greener Gardening’ is just...Read full review »

There were some really good tips in the houseplant edition, but why was the potential ecological impact of the plant or its growing medium not even touched on? Also, and I grant you this might be seen as more ‘out there’, might there be a case to argue that plants are generally ‘happier’ when...Read full review »

Love this podcast, it’s so nice and informative!Unlike a lot of podcasts it’s not a sales pitch for online gardening classes. And everyone seems to have the attitude of give it a go and it’s very straight forward on the task at hand. Thank you so much !!

Recently discovered this podcast and on the whole it’s very enjoyable and informative. The only slight issue is sometimes the ads are as long as the podcast itself especially on the shorter grow along ones. Would be nice if they could balance it a bit.

Truly shocked at this weeks episode with a big gambling advert! To sink to this level is a real disgrace for such a much loved institution and brand as gardeners world. Anymore like this and I’m sure not just I will be unsubscribing

This was a great episode on how use gardening to stay fit and how to garden safely. Particularly liked the tip about mixing up the activities rather than staying stuck in one position for too long. Obvious but good to have it pointed out. Agree with others about the really irritating ads.

Love Tales from Titchmarsh. Please can we have more! They’re interesting and provide more of a storytelling aspect of gardening. Lighthearted and fun. Please can they be a little longer though!

I love how the shed is described in this episode. I have three for differing purposes and they all hold something in my heart. They are like my castles with my goods of labor……..

I love Gardeners’ World new series on wildlife in the garden. Also appreciate the Sow Along series. Thank you Gardeners’ World!

Wizard content in general but just questioning the timing of some of the sow along series - would it not be better to time their release so you could “sow along” in the year that you listen? Not that the podcast is the only instruction out there but it can feel good to utilize the inspiration...Read full review »

Really interesting and helpful at a practical level. The knowledge of the presenters is excellent and put over without ever being too technical and with understanding we are not all professional gardeners.

Any talk about gardens these days needs to have discussion of the ecological crisis along with our own aesthetic pleasure. With her latest series on the gardening world podcast. Arit is doing this beautifully and responsibly. In the episode on trees this month, for example, she recognizes the...Read full review »

Content generally good but can be somewhat pretentious and condescending, often with a middle upper class feel. Being told to constantly dig up the lawn or remove the patio and be wearing. As mentioned by others content can be a little basic at times - but it’s a general gardening podcast....Read full review »

This is a wonderful podcast. Arit is a thoughtful, gentle and intelligent interviewer and the choice of guests is inspiring.

I enjoyed the organic veg growing with the food scientist. Pitched at a good level with enough detail from the expert while Arit kept up the pace and moved the conversation on. More please.

What can I say? I am married to a British man, have lived there and I love it and them very much. However I just can’t take how incredibly full of themselves they are any more. Fantastic guest and excellent info discussed about planning a garden; any and all types of gardens, and the wonderful book My Real Garden. Terrific listen with lots of encouragement to “just get outside and do it”! Enjoyed this fun episode!😊👍🏻💚

We listened to the veg episode as we grow lots ourselves. It took too long to get to the main interview which was then excellent. I would prefer a more compact show.

Stuffy and pretentious. Little to no enjoyable content with the lightest mulch of informative content. Ironically the first episode spoke about getting young people into gardening, and listening to this would put me off entirely.
