“I genuinely am extremely interested in the topics discussed and would love to be able to listen to this podcast. I had high hopes since it falls under the Ballen Studios umbrella and most of their content is told in way that makes it easy to follow with no problematic narrative aspects and the stories are very easy to follow.
I can’t understand why, but the narrator here is making it absolutely impossible to follow or stay engaged in the story. The intonation, inflection, cadence, etc. sound robotic and awkward and—as others have mentioned—make it very difficult to enjoy and difficult to follow.
If something drastically changes I’d love to give this show another chance.”
