Listen to it for what it is.
The podcast is sharing time management tips by a time management professional. You don’t have to be able to relate to the host’s lifestyle in order to use the tips which seems to be an early complaint of reviewers. I have no nanny, I have two boys with significant special needs and I work full time out of the home which means my schedule fills up really quickly with things that are not optional. I don’t get to skip a follow up visit with our behavioral psychologist because I rate it a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10 BUT... I turned Screen Time on on my iPhone and got a reality check on how much time I’m spending on my phone doing things that don’t add to my life. This made me reconsider tracking my time for a week, which didn’t seem like a necessity to me initially, so I can what other things I’m really spending time on. You can find useful tips here regardless of whether you can personally relate to the host’s life or not. I’m really excited to hear what comes next!

Hear about this when Barbara Corcoran mentioned it on her podcast. I always needed a clear structure of my time to analyze how I spend it. From what I listened so far I think this show is going to be of great help. Thank you for taking time to talk about it

I love that there’s an episode every weekday and almost all of them have given me a fresh perspective and/or inspiration. And the short length is perfect to fit in a round of chores or a commute. Not every episode is relevant to me but the insight is still there.
