“The moral judgments passed during the show are annoyingly high-brow and modern. The people discussed are constantly mocked based on our modern conceptions of morality and normalcy. It’s pretty uninspiring commentary. The guests brought on are lackluster, uninteresting, and bring a sense of humor that should be reserved to elementary school playgrounds. It’s a shame since there are real gems in these stories that a trained comic/writer could bring to life humorously. Unfortunately, the overly chatty, rarely insightful commentators choose only the easiest targets and leave aside a plethora of great material. Was really excited for this podcast, it’s too bad.”
