Every installment I’ve listened to so far of the Wellbeing Podcast with Dr. Rick Hanson, which is about half of them, is packed with understanding of the neuroscience, of the psychological phenomena, and of the emotional experience. After listening to these lessons I understand so much more about what it takes to change my brain, to become healthier — not magically, overnight, but improving in tiny increments with the discipline of daily practice and the guidance of these well organized lessons.

I can’t pick a favorite episode, so many are truly valuable. I have used Hardwiring Happiness’ H.E.A.L. as a helpful tool in my own life, and now am finding all of these podcasts useful as well.
