Outstanding
I’ve been reading Rick Hanson for years as well as attending his classes, and also retreats streamed from SRMC, not to mention subscribing to the JOT newsletters and doing the FWB series. All of these modalities are outstanding and enhance my life and dharma practice. The Being Well podcasts always live up to these standards with a wonderful interweaving of psychology, neuroscience, and dharma. And Forrest’s skills as a moderator and interviewer are top notch, and always beautifully crystallize and enhance the practical application of this rich material to daily life. It’s apparent how much preparatory effort he must devote to each episode and I appreciate this very much.

I loved the practical advice provided on how to support those you love who experience depressed mood/depression. Very practical and actionable tips. It was helpful for me to learn that just being present can be helpful.
