So helpful!! I love this podcast.
Ok, so I admit that I have been binge listening to this podcast. That’s ok, right? More than ok! I love the helpful information and practical applications of these ideas. As a new counsellor, I find so much content that I can apply directly with clients. I find that these hosts are articulating ideas very clearly and truly making complex ideas accessible. I have already forwarded numerous episodes on to others and have listened twice to a bunch of them! That is a good sign. (Also, the sound quality really improved from pretty good to excellent over time!) Thank you for creating this podcast!
