“I would call myself a casual movie fan. I find this podcast fun and enjoyable -- it is really neat to hear stories from the different perspectives of the many crew members involved in the making of a film or TV series. I can see how it would appeal to serious film fans too. The podcast really shows how filmmaking is a love of craft for so many people working behind the scenes. It always provides an insightful mix of professional expertise and anecdotes about the stars and other personalities on set. My favorite episode so far is the one about Law & Order. I loved all the stories from the show's heyday, by which I mean the era of Detectives Briscoe and Green. To review Below the Line by paraphrasing L&O: Every set has a crew.
