very informative but occasionally too focused on one topic
I generally enjoy this podcast very much but on occasions it becomes too fixated on one topic and it becomes frustrating. he most recent episode in which the whole half an hour was spent endlessly going over Valverde's past and drug ban was a particularly bad example of this. There was a very minimal discussion of the race he won (The World Championship!) and nothing was said about the Women's race or any of the others. I can understand wanting to explain the context of Valverde's win but not at the expense of everything.Read full review »

Enjoy the podcast but why do you continue to propagate the myth that sprinters are better descenders because they’re heavier? Galileo proved this wrong like how many centuries ago? They might take more risks etc., but their weight has nothing to the power of zero to do with it.

Great work Rob and Tom. Re the Froome affair why isn’t the real issue being mentioned by anyone. Someone in the UCI leaked it presumably, Sky didn’t, do the UCI has caused the image of cycling to be tarnished. Motivation?

Lots of criticism towards Jim Ratcliffe, I bet Tom Fordyce drives a car and uses plastic every day! Why not ask about the sport of cycling, the bikes, the racing strategy etc. - very silly podcast that has nothing to do with cycling!
