Let’s not forget there were separate LEO’s in both Delphi and Rushville who INDEPENDENTLY determined that the same Odinist suspects named in the Frank’s memo, all of whom were members (some full and some probate) of the violent Vinlanders Social Club (VSC). The state’s own discovery proves Rick Allen was NOT involved in any way.
