Thank you, Francey, for the Foul Fani episode. Hard-hitting, courageous and the most comprehensive legal analysis I’ve heard on the case. Love the direction you are going with the Preston Lord case. It’s also so much better because Jim is more chill and has stopped with the Francey-jibes...Read full review »

Clementi can be interesting at times when in behaviour analysis mode & they’ve had some interesting guests in the past, but Franci Hakes has a political agenda which has little to do with improving how justice is meted out (or not) in the US. Used to be an interesting format, but there are...Read full review »

Thank you so much Francey, for laying out the mess in Atlanta. You made it understandable for people that don’t follow closely. Love this podcast at all times!

I find this podcast extremely interesting and love all the guests. I do prefer the older episodes where they were more focused on guests’ best and worst cases. I do enjoy their briefs on breaking news in true crime, but I skip these episodes much more often. I wish it was more on track with the...Read full review »

Have y’all read the Memorandum in Support of the Frank’s Motion? I recommend reading the section entitled “8 Things to Know”, and then flipping to the end of the document and working your way backwards. Let’s not forget there were separate LEO’s in both Delphi and Rushville who INDEPENDENTLY...Read full review »

If you don’t think the elected DAs of a district are political, then you are delusional. And hint Jim - your political views are on the wrong side of the fence if you want to see this get resolved. Voting republican on your ballot will ensure a much more likely outcome that DAs aren’t soft on...Read full review »

I’m giving this podcast a 3 out of my respect for Jim Clemente but more often than not I find myself turning it off before the end of an episode because of his cohost’s clearly basic and discriminatory views on mental illness and the way she champions the American prison industrial complex over...Read full review »

Jim is amazing as always. Thoughtful, insightful, brilliant and brings lots of excellent analytics and opinions to each case. He also has the best quality of voice for podcasts. Francey, however, is so annoying. This is why I had to knock off 2 stars. The worst part is her grating, jarring,...Read full review »

Love the show when it flows smoothly with the guest taking about the case and getting into all the details and nuances of what they did. The podcast can be informative and entertaining when it is allowed to be. The constant interruptions by Francie become very irritating and detract from the...Read full review »

I love the passion of both Jim and Francie. Their passion is contagious, you can hear it in their voices. The only thing I don’t like is when FH interrupts Jim, that he never gets a word in to finish his thought or process. I listen to hear both JC and FH speak passionately, because they both...Read full review »

So infuriating; both of you need to practice active listening to the other. This last one you both yelled over each other. How is this helpful to support your view? Loudest yeller wins?

I’ve just started binging this show. Not only do Francey and Jim give really interesting insights into the cases, but it really gives the law-enforcement outsider an insight into the effect these cases have on the men and women who work in the field. I really appreciate how passionate and caring...Read full review »

Two things: first, bringing on guests and devoting shows to promote the hosts’ paid projects is annoying. I don’t want your audio book or to watch your tv show, I just want to listen to the stories this podcast supposedly is based on, the best and worst cases told by members of law enforcement....Read full review »

It’s not cute that you are constantly undermining Francie. It’s really annoying. You mentioned interrupting about 10 times. Getting very old. Francie, you are gracious. I would want to punch Jim and his higher than though personality right in the face.

Clementi can barely string two words together, in fact sometimes he makes them up. He stammers and hums and hars his way around the case, interpreting and insulting his cohost. This could be a really great podcast, sadly Francey is ALWAYS stealing the show and talking over the guests. It’s annoying and aggravating!!!! I want to hear more of the guests opinion/story and not continuous commentary.

Episode 346 is a great example. As she’s talking, he makes a comment while she’s talking, and she responds to his comment when we don’t even really hear what he said. It’s maddening. She has a louder, edgier voice, he has a quieter, subdued voice, it all makes for difficult comprehension.

I don’t want to hear all of the cross talk about nothing pertaining to the episode and when the conversation starts, I get a monologue about some guy’s self importance. I made it about 6min through the episode. Could be great after that but I’ll never know.

I think this could be a good pod, if the hosts liked each other. They constantly interrupt each other and aren’t compatible persons. Guy sounds kinda stuck up and gets straight to the facts. This is a very interesting podcast “, but Jim is so rude to co-host Francy it’s almost hard to listen. Idk if this is bantering but it’s really frustrating to hear and if she’s used to this sort of behavior but it’s sad. “What do you do Francy, baking?!” he sounds like a misogynist.

I sort of enjoy this show because there’s an attorney and an fbi profiler, even if I don’t agree with their personal opinions. I love this show so much. I especially appreciate the passion for getting justice for victims. These two sometimes bicker like brother and sister but I don’t mind. It reminds me of my own family. If something happened to me or someone in my family, I would want Jim and Francie advocating for us!
