A sad listen
I felt quite sad coming away from this first episode about boundaries. It felt so out of touch - on what planet can a builder/cleaner say “no” to their boss? And how could on earth would it be fair to “exert my boundaries” in respect of my crying children/very elderly parents? It seemed there was no awareness of the duties we have to those with less than us, or that it is right to care for those who have given so much to us when they need help. Is the purpose of life, particular as very wealthy white women, really just to serve our own needs?

I love it. I feel that many discussed topic are very relatable and the points you make very insightful. It feels like a conversation I’d have with my best friend, if only one of us would be a therapist ;) Thank you for another great podcast.
