This is a truly brilliant podcast. There’s nothing else quite like it anywhere else online that I can find and it avoids the cliche & repetition of other psychology programmes, out-there. With extreme dexterity, Emma not only opens individuals up to question & highlight broader beliefs...Read full review »

Gosh, Emma, I have just finished listening to the wonderful worlds of wisdom from Dave/Elsa and have so many delicious friendship takeaways. Really made me reflect on the importance of how we showed up in friendship groups when we were younger as well as the impact of earlier friendships on me...Read full review »

Emma’s podcast feels like a rare and special gift. I’m learning so much about myself and my friendships.

Interesting podcast. Emma is astute and caring but the ’Go well’ at the end of every episode really jars with me. Sounds so false after an hour of deep truths. Is this meant to sound more meaningful than’ Take care’ ?

I enjoyed listening to this podcast with Holly. Holly is My friend and I know she has really struggled with this whole situation. Holly is a lovely girl and misunderstood by so many others. She wants to be a good friend, wants to be needed, wants to help and be there for others and this comes...Read full review »

It’s SO refreshing to see the subject of friendship being given the level of importance it deserves. I come from generations of women who value close female friendships. My grandma had a close friend she rang every day. She would have loved this podcast too!

It feels like something I haven’t listened to before; discussing the kinds of problematic behaviours most people can identify with that just sort of plague of our everyday existence. Sometimes it’s the small stuff we brush aside, feel stupid about finding difficult, that can create the biggest...Read full review »

I’m a late joiner but I’m so enjoying going through the back catalog and I’m so glad Emma has taken up the baton to continue. Really informative podcast and a lovely warm way of learning about our human condition through these insightful conversations.

I just listened to the rekindling friendship episode and there were so many relatable moments for me. Thank you to Charlotte for being so open and sharing her feelings - some of what you said is exactly how I feel and it’s comforting to know I’m not the only one! The idea of old friends holding...Read full review »

I love listening to these two, their voices are so calming and they really explore every topic they cover. So many times I feel myself thinking ‘I know right’ when one of them says even a flippant comment. Absolutely relatable, validating and comforting all at once

The emotional detachments episode is the first I have listened to. At first I wasn’t sure what it was about but Emma and Elizabeth talk so well together and allow each other to explore the subject. Two intelligent women discussing interesting topics.
