Relatable and enlightening
I just listened to the rekindling friendship episode and there were so many relatable moments for me. Thank you to Charlotte for being so open and sharing her feelings - some of what you said is exactly how I feel and it’s comforting to know I’m not the only one! The idea of old friends holding space for older versions of you was enlightening for me. Emma has a way of bringing simplicity to complex emotions with just a few questions. Thank you!
