Thank you
I really needed to hear this chat today. I want to work on my invisible boundaries, to have enough courage to say no to things without having to always explain myself. I think the hardest thing is my desire to control how other people perceive me. I think that’s the root of my people pleasing and lack of boundaries at times… when really I also want to get the early train home with an M&S meal deal. You ladies sound gorgeous together.

This podcast is so great. It’s so interesting to listen to as someone who feels like an introvert sometimes and an extrovert sometimes, the struggle is so real. I love the episode on special occasions. Please do some more episodes! You guys are best friend goals. X
