I really loved this podcast!
It feels like something I haven’t listened to before; discussing the kinds of problematic behaviours most people can identify with that just sort of plague of our everyday existence. Sometimes it’s the small stuff we brush aside, feel stupid about finding difficult, that can create the biggest block. And that’s what this podcast aims to address. It looks at the root causes. It’s helped me. It’s like a live therapy session that every now and again stops and Emma comes on the explain why she’s asking for the subject to go into more detail on x or why she’s interested in what she’s saying about y. It’s a great podcast if you’re into therapy, learning about why we think as we do and have had some uncomfortable feelings about friendship.
