A unique show
This is a truly brilliant podcast. There’s nothing else quite like it anywhere else online that I can find and it avoids the cliche & repetition of other psychology programmes, out-there. With extreme dexterity, Emma not only opens individuals up to question & highlight broader beliefs and motivation in seeking meaningful connection with others - but talks directly to you, the listener, voicing her insight as a (clearly remarkable) psychotherapist.

I really love Elizabeth Day’s podcast ‘How to Fail’, and I really enjoyed Emma Reed Turret’s self-help book ‘Please Yourself’, so I had thought I’d love this podcast. But the content is a bit thin.
