Funny and insightful - a perfect mix
I really loved this. Elizabeth is a brilliant interviewer and Emma is so good at explaining why we do the things we do. You can tell they’re really comfortable with each other which makes it such an easy listen. I listened to the first episode while out a walk and burst out laughing at one stage because I resonated so much with Emma’s views on boundaries - it was so refreshing to hear someone say you’re allowed to just not want to do certain things! I will definitely be following every week!

Have really enjoyed these and learned so much about being more mindful of my thoughts. Learnt a lot about avoidance and negative thought patterns. Really hope you’ll do more of these. What a lovely friendship you both have, respectful and always championing each other.
