What a tonic - a weekly essential
A trailblazer of a podcast that is really easy and interesting to listen to, and SO insightful and helpful. 5 episodes in and already so many touch points to relate to. Elizabeth’s natural way of opening up a conversation about the fragilities of life in a natural but never foreboding way, along with Emma’s clear, thought provoking explanations - no fluff, no gloss, just a grounded measured way of looking at a situation - she makes so many useful points that are relatable and stick. This is a ‘must listen’ that enriches my week, a good dose of therapy about life and the importance of friendship.

I really enjoyed this - it was interesting, funny, insightful and informing. I will take away that “ A boundary is where two...Read full review »
