Love it!!
Have just started listening but it’s quickly become my favourite podcast. Covering a wide variety of flora and fauna, it never fails to disappoint with its ‘boots in the mud’ reporting. Highly recommended.

This was fantastic. I can't believe you don't have a million reviews. I now have milk weed growing in my back yard and you know why. Thanks from an avid listener to all your casts. Chuck from New England (USA)Read full review »

This first show just demonstrates how good professionally produced podcasts can be, the sound of the dawn chorus alone was worth the download, and also shows us an interesting idea to help children recover at Alder Hay Hospital. Keep it up BBC

Apart from the interest of the descriptions and discussions of the natural world, its marvellous atmospheres make the series a delight - as well as an escape from the often noisy, messy human world.
