This working life is the exploration of human possibilities
Aside from the program being rich in content and inspiration, I find Lisa Leong an exemplar of human-centred communication of the likes I can think of maybe only two others - Sir Ken Robinson and Oprah Winfrey; they who seem to effortlessly balance humility, intelligence, curiosity, creativity and eloquence and speak straight to the nano-fibre of the human spirit in a way that is honest and simple and pure. The essence of what Lisa does is to bring her listeners along with her in the conversation through her enquiry and experience of the subject. This I think this speaks to the heart of what Lisa's philosophical core is - empathy is the key to all human experiences. From empathy flows resonance to get the best from from ourselves and each other, opening up the space for the magic to emerge and spark joy, fun and creativity for sustainable, healthy and enriching lives. The great work Lisa and her team put out in the world has been a lifeline and game-changer for me - and I've noted in my uni studies this year more of her content is making it's way into the course.
