Hi, In the day and age of mis information and disinformation, would be nice to make all episodes more readily available and accessible. Important information being shared.

Really enjoyed the content. I started with the tree episodes on pain management. I did find it difficult to parse some of the dry humour and the abbreviations (not a doctor).

Late comer to the podcast, started at the first episode and working my way forward. So I have two questions. 1) Does Alie still read all the reviews? 2) Did she ever learn to type? (Just finished the tree episode.). Great podcast, can’t wait to catch up!

For generalist clinicians this is the best and most informative way to keep up with prescribing information. The presenters are witty and evidence based. For life long learning this is a must. I find it very convenient and either listen in the car or in the gym. The OA systematic review is a...Read full review »

‘’So grateful for this podcast’’ - every practicing pharmacist/physician should say after listening to some episodes. But I can only speak for myself and as a pharmacist always hungry to know the truth, or as close to it as the fallible human brain can get, I’m so grateful for the work Dr....Read full review »

Thank you for all of the work that you do to provide practical, useful information on relevant topics. I apologize if this has already been done as I have not been a listener for a particularly long time, but I wonder if you have given any consideration to doing an episode or a series of episodes...Read full review »

Most engaging and useful medical podcast I’ve been able to find. Objective review of evidence, put into practical context.

Thought provoking and balanced in an age of over optimism in medicine. Ideal for my work as GP and educator in the UK I am forever recommending to colleagues and trainees.

James, Mike and guests put studies in context in an easy-to-understand and fun format. I love their common sense approach and their humour. The length of episodes is perfect. The premium podcast is well worth it!

This is a fantastic podcast. Seriously evidence based. Very practical and changes my practice on a regular basis. I love listening to this podcast as I walk to work. Love the attempts at humour... Great podcast. I am a PA student and have listend to every episode. My favourite medical podcast, hands down. These two do a fantastic job of making the evidence accessible and understandable. As other reviews say, should be required listening for primary care providers.
