“Scharpling (hotshot Hollywood writer) and Wurster (Superchunk drummer, man of three voices) have been making beautiful comedy together on NJ's mighty WFMU for many eons. Scharpling is smart, low-key hilarious and usually cranky. He is easily the best interviewer on radio, never relying on hacky morning zoo, T&A-type talk. He can make a conversation with the oddest or most mundane caller extremel interesting. Comics like Patton Oswalt and Zach Galifilinkis are regulars, but the calls from Philly Boy Roy, Timmy von Trimble and Bernie Taupin -- dropping music geeks references to Peter Criss solo albums and Die Kreuzen band members -- make this insanley addictive show the "best" ever.
