10 years and running, and better than ever
I'm a proud, long time fan of the Best Show, ever since Tom Scharpling stole the WFMU time slot away from Hoy Rockin' Ronny, and the potboiling intrigue around Newbridge, NJ keeps me coming back every week. It's kind of like Twin Peaks, but with less Laura Flynn Boyle and the annoying dude that played James Hurley. Sharpling and Wurster have been a comedy powerhouse for a decade, unique and apart from anything in our time. The Smithsonian exhibit shouldn't be far off.

More reviews of Best Show Gems with Tom Scharpling
I don't think I had ever called someone a piece of filth or a hunk of dirt prior to listening to "The Best Show". However, I now begin most conversation that way. Great stuff.
