You’re never too old!
Let me start by saying I’m 61 years old, Mom to 3 adult children and Grammie to 5. You two are my people! Your candid conversations are inspiring and validating. I’ve always had a passion for home and health. Not to say that I’m a health nut by any means, but you’ve rekindled my passion for wanting to do better. Now that we are empty nesters (although, it doesn’t feel like it with 5 grandkids), it’s not always inspiring to think of cooking or eating healthy everyday. BUT… I just told my hubby of 43 years, that “times are a chang’n". Thanks for sharing and having these fun, meaningful podcasts, instead of the fluff most shows are broadcasting.
