A very serious yet also very informal podcast. The debate is always very considered and well informed , with the big issues being deeply discussed. This podcast takes a very broad view of politics rather than areas of expertise like Political Currency is. I just wish they answered my questions...Read full review »

My journey with Global politics started with me getting gradually addicted to watching Sky News over the years as I do my chores, assignments, eat, and even watch soccer. It brought me into a digital relationship with all SkyNews production. And then to Beth. Now, Electoral Dysfunction blessed me...Read full review »

Love Beth’s interviews with MP’s. She’s a total boss.

Really sad to see that they are currently missing the mark. One thing that makes these podcasts special is whilst there are very different political views, they are honest and able to have proper debates. This was the case before Harriet joined but she seems incapable of speaking critically of...Read full review »

Great podcast, would have been 5 stars but Ruth’s recent comments take this to a 3. Have enjoyed it since it began, however Ruth has lost her ability to look at an issue unbiased and it’s becoming tiresome watching her desperately try to find criticism in Labour’s actions. E.g. the Budget, which...Read full review »

Love this pod but enjoyed it more when Jess P was on it. Ruth is very balanced with her opinion on Tories and Jess was also really balanced about Labour which meant you felt you were getting a balanced view on politics however Harriet just tows the party line and isn’t willing to criticise...Read full review »

Has definitely taken a turn since JP left. Feel like it’s a very "us and them" sort of podcast now. Has lost a lot of the banter, impartiality and good spirit that it once had.Read full review »

I’ve been an avid listener since day one. But I am struggling now. I adore Beth, she is an amazing journalist and the chemistry with her, Jess & Ruth was just brilliant. Both Jess and Ruth were able to be objective about their own parties and were refreshingly honest without compromising...Read full review »

I thought this was supposed to be a different kind of discussion about politics. But Harriet, you’ve just ruined it with your discussions on the budget. I’ll listen again when Jess is back.

Go Harriet - voice of reason amongst unwarranted criticism of labours fab budget.

I listened since the start but I think Beth’s reporting has nose dived since the election. She behaves like a member of the opposition. Rude, interrupting and just trying to get a sound bite before listening to an opinion. Her interview with Reeves was terrible for this. I won’t listen to this...Read full review »

It’s a great podcast, good balance to the rest is politics and just as good

Loved the honesty and openness of this when JP was doing the show, and actually enjoyed the debates. Sadly, it has lost its honesty as HH is simply towing the party line with all the lies that involves. Afraid I won’t be listening again.

Discovered this podcast when Jess Phillips was on it and loved the dynamic! Would agree it’s changed with the addition of Harriet Harman but I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing - one would expect opinions to differ, given that Ruth and Harriet are from different parties and have strong...Read full review »

Having a daughter with a UK partner (now living in Dunbar Scotland, gorgeous!) I quickly found Sky news when Ukraine was invaded by Russia. The coverage made mincemeat of the US coverage. I was in love. The journalists were par excellent. Then this podcast came out and binga bam binga boom I was...Read full review »

Love the pod usually but that last episode is way off the mark. Such a forced story and it's hard not to see an element of double standards here, genuinely was painful to listen to.Read full review »

Unfollowing and unsubscribing after Beth’s misinformation re Starmer “accepting £20k donation” when in actual fact his son used a property used by a Labour donor and no money was ever exchanged. Hence I’ve lost faith in the impartiality of this podcast.

But we know Beff’s got an anti-Starmer agenda. Rooff’s just as bad.

Found your fabulous conversations just in time to help get me through the election. Fantastic to hear the female voice in politics. Refreshing, straightforward and well informed. Was gutted about Jess going and wondered who could replace. Brilliant choice with Harriet. Thank you!

I was rooting for them to recruit Harriet now Jess has had to step back. It’s such a great show - always intelligent and with the right amount of fun. Would be great if Sky and Goalhangar linked them up with Alastair and Rory for a Christmas special - The Rest Is Electile Dysfunction!

Give him a chance. It was a great speech. I’ve so much confidence in him I can get on with my life and know a capable and honest man is running the country. Finally look away from pod and news. Being slightly addicted to political podcasts . I find this the most nuanced of all them . It’s down to the great presenters and the choice of guests . I really enjoyed Thangam Debbonaire episode. I felt it a really insightful analysis of recent events .

The unbearable Rigby makes this unlistenable. A poor attempt to piggy back on the success of the RiP.

Great show! Well done Jess but miss you! Good news about the tour but amazing if you could do a show in Cardiff! You would love the Welsh Millennium Centre! Stunning venue and it’s next to the sea! There’s ice cream!

I’ve been following Sky News political coverage for a decade now (I’m 30 and from Germany) and this podcast by those absolute champs is a must for British politics nerds like me! This podcast, dude. It’s just so great. I can’t overstate how fantastic it is to listen to three women from such a range of views discuss politics. It’s such a treat. I love all three of them. They’re the best! Do yourself a favour and give it a listen. 10/10

Have really enjoyed the podcast as sane place to hear political discussion particularly during the election period (Missed Jess though). Love the humour and female companionship despite the different perspectives.

I love Electoral Dysfunction!
