Used to love this podcast
I really loved this podcast previously with Jess and while I like Harriet very much the whole tone has changed, and the balance is way off. As the Tories are in opposition Ruth is very much on the attack for labour and things Harriet says. It was all much more respectful before and while it’s still informative about the inner workings of parliament it’s become too much attack and defence. If I wanted to listen to smug politicians trying to pick holes in each other I’d listen to prime ministers questions. Last two episodes I have had to switch off way before the end. I used to wait impatiently for this to come out on a Friday but I don’t think I am going to listen anymore and I’m genuinely sad about that because I love the concept.

More reviews of Electoral Dysfunction
To be honest this is the most shocking political pod I’ve listened to. I cannot understand how someone as obviously liberal , kind and funny as Ruth Davidson be a Conservative? Surely she must being held against her will somehow?

I’m an American who turned to UK politics when the US’s became too awful. I love Beth’s interviews and the behind the scenes banter beforehand. I look forward to this podcast every week.
