This helped break my denial
I am so grateful for this podcast. At the time I was looking for answers and ways to cope with my husbands behavior in a healthy way. It really opened my eyes to what had been happening in our marriage. I’ve heard so many validating things that have made me feel less alone. It’s so easy to get stuck in the self doubt and blame. Listening to Anon’s experiences while she’s still in the trauma stage was as helpful as it was relatable. So much of what I read and listen to is from people who are already over the trauma stage or who are professionals detached from the emotions. It’s nice to know that I’m on the right path and that I’m not crazy. Thank you for sharing this 💙
