Take what works, and there’s a lot that works
This podcast is a validating, acknowledging resource for partners (and former partners) of sex addicts and those who have experienced significant sexual betrayals. I have benefited from topics like boundaries, narcissistic abuse, gaslighting, etc. The host is a woman of deep faith and that part of her is sometimes shared. Women who are not of faith or not religious may be taken aback or feel uncomfortable at times. Stick around. There’s plenty of other pieces here that can fit significantly into your healing.
