BTR: A Beacon of Light in the Darkness
First off, I would like to address the person who wrote under the name alittlebitconcerned : ( see below review) I AM actually VERY Concerned because YOU are The one who is Dangerous. It’s obvious you never lived through or experienced betrayal trauma, otherwise you would have a different opinion regarding this podcast. This podcast has been a Saving Grace for me and so many others. Through the darkness of betrayal trauma, I found comfort knowing someone else was out there that understood my pain and what I was dealing with. If I was on the outside looking in, I wouldn’t have a clue what a person really experiences/feels when they go through such a trauma event in their lives. Unfortunately having gone through it, it is real. Manipulation, lies, gaslighting, infidelity IS abuse! Shame on you (alittlebitconcerned) for interjecting your thoughtless, insensitive views regarding this podcast and downplaying the trauma that we have all experienced. I am never one to comment on any sort of social media sites, but those negative comments infuriated me enough to speak my mind and stand up for something I truly believe in. Thank you Anne for all have done for myself and others. If it wasn’t for You / THIS Awesome podcast, I never would have made it to the other side. Thank you for all you do!! Sending you positive energy, prayers and love.

After trying marriage and family counseling, two well-known CSATS, 12 step programs, and reading everything I could get my hands on, I was done. I couldn’t feel better. Why? Because I wasn’t...Read full review »
