“My first time in New Orleans was a blur, but I knew it was special. So I planned another trip about 5 years later. In prepartion for the trip, I found this podcast and have listened to almost every episode by now. I was thinking about moving out there to do some research and writing, but wanted to be sure. I love that Mark gives historical background in each episode and that he gives plenty of food and drink recommendations.
