Mr. Bologna has done the city of New Orlean’s an awesome service by sharing his wealth of knowledge and locating inspiring personalities to give a flavorful presentation of one of the US’s hidden cultural gems: New Orleans, birth-place Jazz, Mardis Gras, and Creole food. I love it! Thank you Mark!
