I hate that we live in a "throw away" culture, and I was happy to see that there are others out there that reject disposable knives and thow-away blades. It's great to listen to a discussion about the aesthetic and practical benefits of a well made, multi-functional, traditional knife. This was my first Beyond the Kill podcast.
