Engaging and captivating
Erik is a wonderful host, very engaging, asking captivating questions, and a great flow to the show. I just listened to the episode with Dave. I loved the discussion about the difference between extroversion and introversion and how to turn your natural inclination into your iron man suit!

I love this podcast
I simply love every topic, every guest and the way Erik interact with each one. I like the geek, philosophical and profound discussion, about organization, purpose, personal growth, etc. Additonally, I can decide which book I want to read after hearing the author enterview.
