“I love this podcast, I really do. But of the episodes I have listened to, I am finding it really hard to relate to my life. A lot of these people run their own businesses and while that is likely more than a 40 hour per week gig, it also allows them a lot of flexibility. I listened to the Katie Krimitsos episode recently hoping to find some helpful tidbits for a working mom. Instead I hear that she doesn’t start her day until 9:30 and usually ends about 2. Those are not normal working hours for most working moms. She also mentioned getting a kid-free 24 hours every week. While it’s nice that she has so much flexibility, that just isn’t realistic for most of us. Alllll that to say, I do like the podcast I am just hoping for more relatable guests in the future. As a mom who works a full time, 8-5, Monday - Friday job, I would love to hear from someone who has navigated that scenario successfully.”
