Description
Being ready for the future of work requires action. Now. Research clearly identifies that Individual performance has a causal relationship with wellbeing. So it doesn't take a psychologist to tell you that companies need to invest in getting wellbeing right.  But just what makes the biggest difference? And where do we begin? Start simple is my approach. Human connection is the building block of good relationships, mental wellbeing, psychologically safe environments, engagement, and performance. So let's start there. Rob Stephenson of FormScore very eloquently outlines the case for being more human, and approaches that we can easily adopt to achieve that. Listen to Rob talk about wellbeing, effectiveness and commitment, and their impact on readiness to perform. This episode of the podcast will help you on your journey. It might just help you leave the foothills and start the ascent of Mount Everest (this analogy will make sense when you listen!).
