always a chat that feels and is so authentic
Lisa is not only a great host, but a brilliant conversationalist. She is warm, curious and insightful at the same time, the way she in which she conducts her podcast feels like you are simply having a chat with an old friend. She knows how to ask even the most difficult of questions in an extremely human and empathetic way whilst at the same time, bringing as much passion as possible out of her guest, she encourages you to be authentic, which undoubtedly brings you closer to whom my be listening at the time. Beyond the Water Cooler Podcast is a great mix of conversations that will allow the listener to immerse in the topic, in a wholesome, clear and relatable manner, and always leave you wanting to hear more from the guest about the topic, as if you were part of the conversation.

This podcast is great, it deals with real dynamics going on for people at work. I think a lot of the time people don’t give enough attention to the psychosocial dynamics of work. Great insights in these episodes
