I love the no small talk at the start of each podcast and Heather has a very good voice and tells the story with the proper mix of big mad, compassion and empathy along with a bit of sarcasm and humor when she describes the stupidity and cruelty of the suspects/criminals being discussed. I really love how she cares for the victims and families involved.”
