Great podcast
I’m a big fan of the early LA punk scene (X, Gun Club, Weirdos, etc.), and of Penelope Spheres’ films. Spheres makes a great podcast host as well. I wasn’t familiar with Peter Ivers before listening to this, but figured the podcast would offer another interesting glimpse into that period of LA history... My sincere condolences to Ms. Spheres, and to any of Peter’s friends who might read this.

I was thirteen in 1957 and my mother and I went to Havana. The Tropicana was incredible with the show girls coming down ramps through the Palm Trees. Described just like it was.
