Best distraction from the bleak reality
Honestly the only thing that keeps me from completely dissociating from reality in these trying times and fulfills all of my human interaction needs so that I do not have to actually talk to anyone. To fully exhibit how much this 1 hour a week means to me, let me just say that I devoted like 1/3 of my therapy session to raving about this podcast & Julia’s & Eliza’s legendary minds on two separate occasions AND referenced it numerous times while talking to my psychiatrist who is a 40 year old man about increasing the dosage of my medication. Love you <3
